    That is your Tuesday Night pre season winner. The Bulls roster is finally taking shape and Brewer and Watson are finally healthy. Bulls have held two of there opponents under 90 this pre season and this one sits at 202? I think we see 210+ tonight as teams are now getting into full swing and the starters will see a little more time.
