How come when they offer Totals, thewager limit is less than Sides.

For instance the max on sides is 3000usd at Thegreek, while the max on NBA totals is 1000usd

What's the motive there? I think I know but I'm not 100% positive

Totals are weaker lines then sides, wise guys can pick them apart with easier.

When capping totals your looking for the what kind of style/tempo you expect this game to be played. This is easier and more reliable then sides.
