Denver Nuggets @ Phoenix Suns 1/07/08
The line is Phoenix Suns -7 right now. I really like the Suns to beat the Nuggets at home tomorrow. The Nuggets always struggle to keep up the path with the Suns. Phoenix has something to prove to the fans after losing to New Orleans on Saturday.
Nuggets covered the spread against Sixers tonight. Althought they won by 13, that was a dog fight till the last few minutes of the game. AI played 44 minutes. I doubt that he can keep up the path with Barbosa. Barbosa is lighting quick and had plenty of rest before this game. Old man Anthony Carter played 38 minutes. Nash will dominate him easily.

The Nuggets will be tired after tonight and find difficult to stay with the suns.
I like the Suns -7 here, anyone think the same?

The total is 228.5... I think it will go under.

    Guys, comments? thank you....

Suns and Nuggets are # 1 and # 2 in highest scoring teams in the league respectively. I see both these teams scoring 30+ points per quarter so I'm doing the rare thing here and taking the over.. I'm laying everything down on it too.. every last penny. Suns got horrible defense so the Nuggets will score easily

Your right, fatigue should be a major factor for A.I in this game. Also remember though that not every team shows signs of fatigue. The Boston Celtics played 4 games in 5 days and they won ALL 4, their 4th game being there absolute best. They played back to back nights, had a day off, then played back to back nights again. Phoenix has the rest though so this should work in our favor. I'm with you on this one Phoenix -7, but then again what do I know I lose all my bets anyway lol. I actually am doing this reverse psychology $hit now where I'm going against my gut feeling. Gut feeling says Denver and Phoenix stay tight and go into OT and Phoenix wins by 2 points. I'm going against it and taking Phoenix -7.

Win all or leave with $0 Phpenix -7 I bet the bank

Suns, haven't been playing great lately so the whole "They lost to NO, at home and will come out on fire' might back fire. Denver has been playing pretty well, but I agree they had a tough night as far as minutes, while suns were at home resting. Can really go either way on this one. When the Nuggests are struggling they are really struggling. I won't be touching this game, as it's too risky for my liking, but gl to all those who do.

Playing back to back is a tough thing, especially when your next opponent is Phoenix. If Denver don't start the game hot, they would have no chance after 2 quaters.
Phoenix is currently 5-8 ATS when play at home as a favorite. I just have that gut feeling that they will turn things around.
Denver is 4-4 ATS when play away as an underdog.

            GL, Jeff.

I'm taking Suns -4...buying 3 pts. Boston can get away with playing 4 games in 5 days because they play a slow, defense type of game...the run and gun fast break type of teams have it harder on back to back's home/away IMO. Shots for Denver won't be falling as often in the 4th qtr as in the 1st qtr.

                  Yes, I am.

Still wait for the line between San Antonio and Golden State. I have more faith in the Spurs. Just think San Antonio is a better pick than Phoenix.

San Antonio and Golden State have 3 meeting in this season. Golden State has won the first one at home 96-84 while San Antonio was an underdog for +2. I am pretty sure San Antonio will win the next two and win the series. The return of Ginobili is a huge plus, too.

denver +7.5 for me i like this play but only 1 unit

basically spurs r 1-7 as both favorites and favorites at home their last 8
spurs r 1-4 as favorites of 5-10(hard 2 do against a high scoring team also)

denv is 4-1 last 5 road, 7-1 last 8 overall, 4-1 last 5 as road underdog, and 4-1 last 5 as an underdog. not 2 mention how iverson is playing.

as much as i like denver +7 i like the under 227.5 even more, teams would hav 2 put up 28.5 points a qtr 2 cover this, which is not goin 2 happen IMO. soo good luck guys!

The total will go OVER probably by the start of the 4th quarter. A 34-46 first quarter.

Phoenix is on fire... so is Iverson.... it's like playing 5 on 1 good day for for we people who bet on the over and the Suns!!!
