Nuggets should trade Carmelo to Nets

NO WAY!!! He should go to the Knicks... and I am sure it would have to be a three or a four team trade because the Nets or the Knicks have NOTHING to trade for Melo!

The Nuggets are as good as they are going to get right now with Carmelo on the team and no salary room. They aren't going to win a championship so he wants out. What's up with all of these high profile stars wanting out cause they can't lead their team to a championship? Imagine how many stars would have changed teams during the 90's with Jordan. Kobe wanted out at one point to but he stuck around through it an look where it got him. To much of this jumping ship starting to go on in the NBA.

nonsense. led the cuse to a ncaa title as a frosh. if he wants out of denver then they have to look at all offers. martin's contract is an albatross for this team. trading him to ny would be his preference, but they'd get doo-doo in return. if i'm danny ainge i'm offering up pierce and some draft picks for melo right now.

melo is a legit 25 point guy who can play off the ball and create for himself.

lol...no chance the raps get melo...they have NO trade assets on their team except for derozan and ed davis, neither of who can get even close to melo

NJ wouldnt offer lopez/favors and #1s...denver would take that deal in an instant if they know melo isnt signing back...i actually think DEN would take that deal today, those #1s are likely to be lottery picks too

Melo wants to play for a big market team. Like the Knicks.. Because Melo has only 1 year left, Denver doesn't have as much leverage as the Hornets do over Paul. The Nuggets won't trade/almost can't trade him to a smaller market team bc all Melo has to do is say he won't sign once his contract is up. There are not many teams dumb enough to make a trade like that...
