I find it funny that people don't think the Heat are going to be unreal.

They will be but you have to remember this Boston team has been playing together now for a while. Miami will have developed ZERO team chemistry up until that game. The pure talent will have to will the team to win which I think is highly possible.

You guys probably won't believe this but Glen Rice actually bought my house (well not my house but my parents house, I was like 10 at the time) in Miami. He's one of the nicest Heat players I have met, if not the nicest. PJ Brown is up there also.

they basically overhauled their team with like 3 or 4 guys returning

theyre obviously a top 2 team in the nba in talent but anyone get the idea that they will need to get adjusted to each other first

I just can't bet the Heat amidst all this hype and buildup. I just feel that everyone and their mother likes Miami way too much and will be betting accordingly. If you want to bet heat bet now and celtics in a few months, line will become overinflated by people all betting Miami

There may be some adjustment period, but I think the adjustment period will be less for them than for most teams that have been overhauled because of the level of talent on that team. It's just easier to get used to playing with each other when the level of talent is that high, IMO.

If you trust the Pinny opener better, take Boston +3 -115 at 5 Dimes now.

If you think line will rise and have access to Pinny, take Heat now.

Pinny just wants any aciton on this game. It's basically a two month free loan for them. Pinny knows most will be on Miami so they are offering a juicy looking line.

Vegas has no idea who is going to win this game. The Heat are a completely changed team and the Celtics have also changed a lot over the offseason. No one has a clue how they will fare in their first game. I'd roll with the Heat just because the public usually wins early in sports.

I think the Heat may struggle early on, but once they gel, they will dominate. I can't believe how many people think that they aren't the best team.
