the chips would have to fall in their favor. someone would have to knock out the heat before they got to the bulls, and someone would have to knock out the lakers before the finals. they'll be stacked though, and they should be a very fun team to watch. i'm really excited about seeing what derrick rose does with this team and if he's going to become the premier point guard everyone thinks he should be. he's a natural scorer but with this team he will need to learn some distribution.Comment -

Da Bulls will be number 3 or 4 in the East for sure. The Celts will be on a gradual decline, and only the Heat & Magic will be for sure better than the Bulls in the East. Watch out for Chicago, should be a fun season.Comment -
They will have to develop some chemistry next season and play out of their minds to have a chance to make it to the Finals. That said, they should be pretty good after 1 or 2 seasons together.Comment -

There is absolutely a chance. Bulls will be tremendously deep. Rose might blossom into better than anybody knows. He is so unique and may well now be one of the top 5 players in the NBA, at any position. His shot is coming along, and if that continues, nobody can guard him.
Now you add a great coach, who is unreprentent about defense. Add *efficient* offensive guys like Boozer, Korver, Brewer. Noah is the type a guy every team wishes they had one of. They already were the top rebounding team last season and they will only be better with the additions they made. They are young, fast, should be well-coached. If you focus on defense, can rebound, are efficient offensively, great point guard, can run in the open court....still a very young team, may take some time to fully come together, but I don't think you can discount them having a real chance, even next season.Comment -
