How much is a half point worth in NBA?

Hi, all. Rare poster, frequent lurker.

This season I've finally got around to doing my line shopping properly and I seem to get tons of situations where it's better juice vs an extra half point. Usually it'll be a -105 at Pinny vs a -110 line with +0,5 on the spread at another book.

Is it worth it taking the -110 line for the half point? Thougts appreciated!
