Honestly I loved Shaq when he could still play. Maybe not the most talented guy necessarily, but he was the most dominant player I have ever seen in his prime.

Right now he has no business in the league, and I can promise you that no real contender will pick him up. The only use Shaq has at this point is to help sell tickets.

I don't agree with the thought that Shaq has no business being in the league. He is still a serviceable big man and could help any contending team off the bench with 15-20 minutes per game. There are plenty of guys far worse than him in the NBA. Shaq has probably got 1 or 2 years left in him.

As a Boston fan I truly hope they pass on him. They need a guy who can play the 2 or 3 and score. Give Rashard McCants a shot. Think he's in D league or out of game altogether. Would work cheap.

Shaq pulls in the fans and will milk NBA cash as long as he can. Regarless of his efectiveness, Shaq needs to stay in the spotlight either on the court or as a reality TV actor.

shaq would actually be a pretty good fit in boston right now.Perkins is gonna be out untill febuary with a knee injury, and shaq would be a decent replacement.
