Michael Jordan proclaims that Kobe Bryant is better than LeBron James

    July 12, 2010 | 12:18 pm
All it took was a one-word answer for Michael Jordan to settle the Kobe Bryant-LeBron James debate. When he was asked at a basketball camp who the better basketball player was, Jordan simply said, "Kobe."

You can counter that Jordan's talent evaluations leave a lot to be desired. He did draft Kwame Brown, you know. But his reputation as the game's all-time greatest player speaks for itself. This is hardly a new revelation. When James won his second best most valuable player award, I presented in detail why Bryant is still the NBA's best player. But as James continues to be rightfully derided for how he went about making "The Decision," The Times' Mark Heisler correctly observes that Bryant's reputation has improved as James' has fallen.
And to think, the storyline appeared much different only one season ago. Former Lakers General Manager Jerry West, who acquired Bryant out of Lower Merion (Pa.) High in 1996 in trade to Charlotte for Vlade Divac, and has remained one of his most ardent supporters, argued that James surpassed Bryant as a basketball player. When Cleveland made the Finals and the Lakers endured another first-round exit in 2007, the conventional thinking said James had proved he could lead a team while Bryant hadn't. In reality, neither person has really changed. James' one-hour special served as the latest example that he has looked out for No. 1 with little regard for anyone else. Bryant's tempered attitude has coincided with the Lakers adding more talent around him and winning championships.
But as of right now, Bryant is prevailing in the court of public opinion, a notion that's further cemented with Jordan's endorsement.

That is pretty obvious, it all comes down to handling pressure and Lebron just doesn't do weel when the game is on the line unlike Kobe who lives for the moment. That is why Lebron had to take his act to Miami so he could let Wade take the pressure shots.

Jordan probably lost a lot of respect for Lebron this past week, just as most of the country did. Jordan knows a coward when he sees one. He used to eat guys like Lebron alive. He would have sensed Lebron's weakness early and fuking decimated him. Then Lebron would have became a free-agent and signed with the Bulls so that he could play with Jordan and win championships; because, you know, it's hard to win those damn things on your own. Who wants to do all that work?

Jordan recognizes that the ring and skill combination outweigh the skill and style.

In 5 years James will reside in Mental Institution as a patient because he's a SOCIOPATH.
                        Profile of the Sociopath

                        • Glibness and Superficial Charm
                        • Manipulative and Conning
They never recognize the rights of others and see their self-serving behaviors as permissible. They appear to be charming, yet are covertly hostile and domineering, seeing their victim as merely an instrument to be used. They may dominate and humiliate their victims.
                        • Grandiose Sense of Self
Feels entitled to certain things as "their right."
                        • Pathological Lying
Has no problem lying coolly and easily and it is almost impossible for them to be truthful on a consistent basis. Can create, and get caught up in, a complex belief about their own powers and abilities. Extremely convincing and even able to pass lie detector tests.
                        • Lack of Remorse, Shame or Guilt
A deep seated rage, which is split off and repressed, is at their core. Does not see others around them as people, but only as targets and opportunities. Instead of friends, they have victims and accomplices who end up as victims. The end always justifies the means and they let nothing stand in their way.
                        • Shallow Emotions
When they show what seems to be warmth, joy, love and compassion it is more feigned than experienced and serves an ulterior motive. Outraged by insignificant matters, yet remaining unmoved and cold by what would upset a normal person. Since they are not genuine, neither are their promises.
                        • Incapacity for Love
                        • Need for Stimulation
Living on the edge. Verbal outbursts and physical punishments are normal. Promiscuity and gambling are common.
                        • Callousness/Lack of Empathy
Unable to empathize with the pain of their victims, having only contempt for others' feelings of distress and readily taking advantage of them.
                        • Poor Behavioral Controls/Impulsive Nature
Rage and abuse, alternating with small expressions of love and approval produce an addictive cycle for abuser and abused, as well as creating hopelessness in the victim. Believe they are all-powerful, all-knowing, entitled to every wish, no sense of personal boundaries, no concern for their impact on others. Ding-Ding-Ding!
                        • Early Behavior Problems/Juvenile Delinquency
Usually has a history of behavioral and academic difficulties, yet "gets by" by conning others. Problems in making and keeping friends; aberrant behaviors such as cruelty to people or animals, stealing, etc.
                        • Irresponsibility/Unreliability
Not concerned about wrecking others' lives and dreams. Oblivious or indifferent to the devastation they cause. Does not accept blame themselves, but blames others, even for acts they obviously committed. Ding-Ding-Dind
                        • Promiscuous Sexual Behavior/Infidelity
Promiscuity, child sexual abuse, rape and sexual acting out of all sorts.
                        • Lack of Realistic Life Plan/Parasitic Lifestyle
Tends to move around a lot or makes all encompassing promises for the future, poor work ethic but exploits others effectively.
                        • Criminal or Entrepreneurial Versatility
Changes their image as needed to avoid prosecution. Changes life story readily.

Spot on... Jordan was an assassin. He would have punked Lebron when he smelled his pussy. I think a lot of guys in the league are thinking the same thing after what they saw in the playoffs. I don't think guys are going to lay down for him moving forward. I actually think Lebron is going to regress and might go downhill. You lose something when you give up like that. He lost heart...

The argument between who is better is over. It was over when Lebrick quit on his team in the playoffs for whatever the reason was, hurt, Delonte West, hates his coach. Doesn't matter Lebrick quit on his team, something Kobe would never do. Discussion is settled end of story.

Now the discussion is who is really the top 3. Kobe is 1, then you got Durant I think, then maybe Wade or pierce, and then after that some big men like Gasol, Dirk.. Those are all guys that I would put on my team before I put Lebrick on the team.
