you mean they, not we. youre actually not associated with the heat. and they will lose in the second round of the playoffs regardless of who they get

Hardly think getting Derek Fisher will be the reason you (Miami Heat) win the title..

I really don't see Fisher ending up with Miami. If he does, it'll backfire on him.

I also don't see Fisher with Miami, he will stay with the Lakers. However, I don't see how "backfiring" will have anything to do with his game. He may not be as popular, but since he plays for the Lakers he isn't that popular anyway...

Fisher will be back in LA next year....probably with a bit larger contract after he's scared the lakers a little.
Really don't see him going to Miami.

I think LA can pay him more and why wouldn't he want to try and 3 peat. I don't think he will go to Miami but he might be leveraging his position with them. But LA did just give Steve Blake $16M for 4 years so I can see them not wanting Fisher,Farmar and Blake at PG. Until we see who else Miami gets it is hard for me to think of them as the favorites to win it all.

This is to put pressure on the Lakers to give him the money he thinks he deserves.. No way D Fish does that to Kobe.. He will be a laker when its all said and done

They saying its a 3 year deal for about 9 mil, probably back loaded. Player option on the 3rd year. Thats what fish was looking for more then anything I think is the years, now he is signed through the possible lockout next season. And he will retire a laker with style. None of this 1 day contract for 1 dollar BS so someone can retire with the team they want.

Derek Fisher is a smart dude. He never had a lick of intention of signing with the Heat. Going out there though put some pressure on the Lakers and made them realize they better step up or step out. Whatever happened, all i know is the Lakers came through with a good enough offer about 2 days after that Heat visit. Much respect to Derek Fisher. He's that man.
