Interesting..... Wade, Bosh and the Queens all signed 6 year deals but all 3 have an opt-out after year 4. Seems to me they're giving themselves 4 years to get it done and if not it will be CYA later.

Are you asking me when the last time a player opted out, or when a player has the option to opt-out of the final 2 years? Because if it's the latter than I would say Kobe. If it's the former, I would say wait a few years and see if they do it, If they don't than this convo would be pointless.

Kobe opted out to get resigned to a long deal before the lockout next year. Alot of players are doing that right now.
