    Wade+James+Bosh > Kobe+Gasol+Bynum+Odom+Artest?????
Is it? They still dont have a center, ZERO talent after the big 3

LAL are still better, 2 7 footers who can play at a high level, their bench will be better too.

What if James does not win next yr??

Laker still the better TEAM. Kobe = Lebron, Gasol = Bosh, Odom n Artest will able to contain Wade. Plus Laker with the better bench player.

Lebron might at well bring in Big Z with him to Miami.

Nothing...They won't win next year.Who can they get to play for them now for no real money????

Only way they win next year is if the NBA started playing 3 on 3

Lakers r so soft. There's no way they will be able to guard this heat team. No ******* way. Can anybody tell me what the d matchup would be? Becuz Bynum is the softest ******* big man in the NBA. He's weak. And and pao gasoft will always be a perimeter shooter. And u will lose to the heat with that combo. Kobe is ******. And he knows it.

Outside of these 3, the Heat are thin. They are going to sign a bunch of scabs for the league minimum. I would argue the Bulls and perhaps even the Celtics will do better than these guys. The Bulls and Celts have a heck of a lot more depth. They will be asked to do too much in the regular season and will burn out down the stretch.

They are a Lock for the playoffs, but I wouldn't put $ on them to get out of the East.

No matter what, should be a more entertaining NBA season.

NBA really needed something like this.

nobody has been listening, lebron has made his decision based on the history of the game and he understands going back and what it takes to win. i have been listening carefully and it all makes sense now. it is completely clear why he left cleveland.

I agree, the east is very strong these days, I would watch out for the bulls as well, Boozer and Noah in the front court, is possibly the best rebounding defensive front court out there.

compare this to the 2007-8 celtswho got:

                                                    Rondo 30 mpg
                                                    Perkins 25 mpg
                                                    Posey 25 mpg

All three of those played at a pretty high level, Miami dosen't have any other than Chalmers, a sub par shooter whos averaged 8/2/4 after 2 season.

Add solid bench minutes from Aleen(19), Glen Davis (14), and house (19); and thats ALOT of floor time that the Heat will have to fill with min salary players ( there projected starting center is dexter pittman, a 6'10'' 310 lb who only averaged 20 mpg at Texas) - and that doesnt include time the Celts got from min salary players - ( Scabs 10; Powe 14, plus Casell (17) and PJ (12) at the end of the year)

Dont get me wrong this team will win alot of games, and look unstoppable against some teams - James alone turned an awful cleveland team from a 30 win team to a 60 win team -

But teams who can play interior offense will kill this team, and if Wade's injuries act up this year, this team has zero chance,

Heat can be in the finals but Lakers are to strong for them. It´ll be interestnig who can bring Riley on the bench.

Would Pat Riley get Shaquille O'neal as a free agent center. While he's not what he used to be he could give a solid 20 minutes per game. I'm sure he wouldn't expect to get paid like he used to either.

James did the right thing. Imagine being stuck in Cleveland with that nutcase of an owner.

We also saw how LeBron tore up the east with the Cavs without superstar help. Look for them to dominant regular season as for playoffs, wait til playoffs. Wait too much time before then

What Lebron did to the Cleveland Cavaliers organization was the most selfish thing I have ever seen and he deserves to be the most hated athlete on the face of the Earth.

There is nothing wrong with him wanting to play for a different team but he handled everything about as bad as he possibly could.

James played for the Cavaliers for 7 seasons and he doesn't even have the courtesy to tell his former team privately that he's leaving. Instead he makes this big show about it and the owner of the Cavaliers has to find out about Lebron James's decision in a gaudy press conference.

James should have sat down with the Cavaliers owner and explained his reason for wanting to leave. Instead of doing that, he wanted to hog the spotlight for the last few weeks and to hell with everyone else.

The city of Cleveland treated James like a God and in return he completely shit on the whole city.

When it comes to class, Lebron James has ABSOLUTELY NONE.

Bosh didn't want to go to a team to have the play the 5 spot and bang down low with guys like Kendrick Perkins/Dwight/Shaq. Bosh and wade should of went to Chicago, or LBJ and Bosh to Chicago. Gotta think if that happened they'd be instant contenders.
