Kind of off topic from handicapping the NBA, but its the offseason. Why is the NBA the worst sport in terms of players doing stupid shit, but NBA has good replay rules, and the best salary rules. I just don't get it, you got rookie QB in the NFL making more than Manning, umpires taking away perfect games on a blown call. When are the MLB and NFL gonna catch up to the NBA in those departments? The NBA salary cap and luxury tax are top notch. You can go over the cap but you can't sign any FA, and you have to pay the league. Rookies have to sign a rookie deal, no 100 mil contracts for people who have never played a pro minute.
Vice the NFL where we heading into an area where I think the salary cap is gone for good, so now the redskins and the giants and all the big market teams are gonna dominate the FA market every year, just like baseball, so you'll have a few teams that always win it and thats about it.
And baseball's replay system is a joke. I don't even want to talk about it.
This is more a bitch thread but I just don't understand how the NBA can get it so right, and the other 2 sports are lagging so much and even digressing in the case of the NFL.
