Wade/Bosh or Lebron/Bosh on the Bulls could have seriously made a run at the 72-10 record. Too bad they are all too greedy to realize what winning is worth. I hope all 3 fail miserably.
Bosh goes to Heat to team up with Wade

I don't understand why Bosh/Wade didn't come to Chicago still...Wades kids and he grew up here should be enough to encourage him to come + add Bosh would of came here + the people on the Bulls already.
It doesn't make sense to go down to Miami, where they have absolutely nothing.Comment -

#145Sure it does. For them at least. From a fan's standpoint I'm not sure anyone can disagree with me that the Bulls have the best available team for a free agent to go too. But this isn't about that, not with this class at least. All of these guys are attention whores and with GIGANTIC ego's. All of them based their decision on MONEY, not WINNING. Wade is a king down on South Beach and he already has his ring so he stayed in his comfort zone, got a sidekick, and got paid while doing it. He knows how bad his team is right now, but he doesn't care because he's getting paid. As for Lebron, f him, dude coulda been something special, but all he knows is attention. If the world stopped caring or wondering what Lebron was doing for a day, I bet he would break down and not know what too do. His "team" are all from his hometown and we all know they do not want to leave what they have established in Cleveland. They are bigshots at home and Lebron still takes care of all them. If he goes somewhere else, they lose that appeal that they have been building for a decade. This was supposed to be the biggest and craziest free agent class in NBA history and all we got was a month long soap opera filled with insane rumors and inaccurate reports from the media. And in the end all we got was Bosh and A'mare changing zip codes and everyone else staying put. Shame on the NBA and all of these guys for pulling this crap.Originally posted by ngates815I don't understand why Bosh/Wade didn't come to Chicago still...Wades kids and he grew up here should be enough to encourage him to come + add Bosh would of came here + the people on the Bulls already.

#146I agree...But if Lebron leaves Cleve, then he will be opting out that extra money. Then it woulda made sense for him to come to chicago, unless he goes to Miami with Bosh/Wade.
But if it was about money, then Bosh would be joining Lebron in Cleve, since then Lebron would get max deal, and Bosh could of sign and trade to Cleve.
They are all just attention whores.Comment -

#147South Beach got big appeal to young guys with tons of money, but not sure that is all i think some of you guys selling Riley a little short and while yes these guys are attention whores (lebron being the biggest) i do not believe for a minute D Wade doesnt care about winning (you can see it every time he takes the floor) and while he from chi, South Beach has become his home, if he feels he can stay there and win why wouldnt he? yes bulls have more pieces right this second but i believe Riley will put together a solid group and sure maybe this year they wont be in the finals but i wouldnt bet against them doing something special over time...Comment -

#148Well think about it, where will Bosh make more money on and OFF the court. Miami or Cleveland? Miami won't make up for the 29 million he's losing out on because the sign and trade. Yes Miami is a much better destination though.Comment -

As you know Wades from Chicago and his kids live in Chicago. He had the chance to bring Bosh to Chicago. Hands down that squad right there would beat down any type of team Miami will build around those 2 for the next 5 years.
I understand you saying south beach is his home, and he's built that team and put his heart and soul into them, so I understand him wanting to stay. But it's because the money.Comment -

of coarse its money w/ a little South Beach on the side, but i dont think he pissed away his chances of being on a championship team because of it... i honestly believe if he didnt think he could win there he would have left.....Comment -

#156Bosh dissing Lebron... that is a middle finger up to him... "i don't want to play with you"
Lebron CAN'T go to Miami, otherwise looks like he's sucking up to that tandem...
Lebron loses out here, those two together are better than Cavs...
destination of Boozer now is tremendously relevant

Yea....And the whole thing with Bosh wanting the sign and trade was because he doesn't make the type of money that Lebron/Wade make in endorsements. Thats why he wanted that extra year/30 mil. Lebrons gonna get his money no matter where he's at (possibly not as much at Miami) so why not ditch Cleveland and win a championship next year at Chicago.Comment -

the money aint a thing to him for sure, just something tells me he rather stay and be a hero to cle fans than go try and win....honestly when i watch him i question how bad he wants to win, think he rather be all smiling, dancing, and acting a clown than actually win.....just how i feel about him .....Comment -

Bingo!! Winner! Yea, winning is OK for Lebron. He doesn't mind it and if he gets a championship I am sure he would be proud to have one, but it is not what drives him. He is not obsessed with it like the past greats of the game were. For all purposes he is not really a better player now from a work stand point. Sure he has gotten better but still has not developed a post up game like Jordan had and Bryant has developed. Lebron would be unstoppable in a post up. Bigs too slow and small no physical enough.Comment -
