Seeing how the CBA will dictate the best offer anyone can offer Lebron the concept of making "an offer ... that'll shake the foundation of the NBA" basically places a big I have no clue stamp on your forehead.

No, his NBA salary is already set -- he will get a max deal any team that signs him will HAVE to pay the the EXACT same amount. Only Cleveland is allowed to offer him more.

I'm from Minnesota and I can say that the Wolves is the last team Lebron would go to. No talent on the roster and a 15 win team last season. No decent free agent would ever go to this horrible franchise this year.
