Win Or Lose, Do the Lakers trade Gasol in the offseason?
Gasol is one of the most skilled big men in the game. During the regular season he puts in work. But there's still something about these European players that I can't get with. It's that soccer mentality I think. Instead of going up tough and banging, he looks for the foul, flings his arms in the air weakly while losing the ball. Just overall soft. He's a good fit for LA, but I think it's time to go another direction.

I'm not saying this because I'm an angry Laker fan, I like the dude. Just think that we should trade him while he has top value. The team is getting older. He would be a good fit in a city like T-Dot. Bosh for Gasol?

Why would they trade him? They have 2 out of the last 3 championships, they keep rollin' til the wheels fall off.

Gotta stay ahead of the curve. If there's something younger and better out there, go for it. Just like them dudes who trade in their old, prude wives for that banging broad 10-20 years younger. And Zigo I ain't wit that internet shit talking dude. Shoot me a PM if you're anywhere near Cali ***** cuz I'm all over. I'd love to meet you

err, have you been watching the nba the last 4 years? la - gasol = run of the mill team, la + gasol = 3 nba finals in 3 years and 2 rings

                gasol should be the mvp

Would take Bosh over Gasol but Gasol is a solid player night in, night out.

They just extended Pau, he got close to a max deal making about 18 mil a year for the next 4 or 5 years. This Laker squad is gonna be tough to handle in the years to come. Bynum is finally coming into his own like everyone has been hoping for the last 5 years. I think Odom may be moving on though. The big ? is whether Phil will be back. Hopefully he comes back to defend his title, but if his health is a concern then he should hang it up. And I don't know who the lakers look to coach this team. But yes Gasol will be a laker for the next few years guaranteed.
