boston has no shot, no perkins in there, i mean rasheed wallace and kg and big baby all sukk, it was all perkins they cannot win without him and the lakers are sure to not miss any shots especially any threepointers and none of them will get hurt tomorrow and bynum will take some magic potion so i think the lakers will win by at least 20 points again, so yeah dude, go all in all in all in!!!!!!!!!!!!

Celtics have won against -300 plus favorites on the road FOUR times this postseason (Cavs game 2/5, Magic game 1/2), and also against a -250ish Lakers in game 2.

The team has the psyche of a rock and could easily win this.

Lakers at home are better than Orlando and/or Cleveland, and main reason Celtics won Game 2 was 5 fouls on Kobe, which will not happen this game. Also, no Perkins means no rebounding and no defensive presence inside.

I really agree with this. I can't say I feel necessarily good about Boston's chances, but I also wouldn't be counting them out like some are. For some to be saying they have "0 shot" imo is just ridiculous. I admit Perkins is a loss, I knew it the second I saw him down in Game 6 (threw my beer angrily

). Still all in all I think to count them out is a huge error. Things haven't looked good for Boston in the past and they've pulled it out. Truthfully you can get on Wallace all you'd like about his fouls, but to act as if he's incompetent, or incapable is a huge miscalculation. If Sheed heats up and plays that good D (which he will defensively of course), he can be a bigger problem for them than Perkins. Understandably the paint will be a lot more open to the Lakers, but if Rondo creates, and we get a good game from the 3, as well as some well timed 3's from Sheed, I don't think Perkins being out will be that bad a look. Granted I am a huge Rasheed fan and always have been. I just don't see counting them out so early, and have to say 7 points is way too much to be giving the Cs here. I fear Wallace's back problem way more than any foul issues.

Davis has been a equal or better rebounder than Perkins in this series

It's just easier for LA to score without Perkins guarding the post. Numbers aren't what it is, imo. It's all those screens they run that include Perkins. I just felt like with Perkins guarding the post Gasol had a real hard time getting busy under there.
