The bettors keep reacting to what happened in the last game instead of thinking what the players reaction will be in the next game BECAUSE of the last game.
Boston will come out with full energy off their last performance.
LA will try to come out with the same fire as game 6 but it won't be easy.
Obviously,it is game 7 but the mental aspect has showed up in every game so far.
No reason to think it will not show up again.

I think game 7 will be much closer then expected. Can we really expect to see another 20 point blowout? Wouldn't that be a huge letdown if it were to happen again?

Think about the line and what vegas is trying to get the public to do.... we can think of it like this, 2 options:
1) Vegas makes the line at 5.5 (lower than last night's 6.5). People would wonder why it's lower and this could scare LA action -- I know me personally it would make me think harder.
2) Vegas makes the line at 7 (high than last night's 6.5). People expect this and think they're getting a good value only being a little big higher after such a huge victory. This makes Joe Public think they're outsmarting Vegas getting great value.

Let's also look at how the series progressed and what Joe Public's thoughts were
-LA will dominate and win in 4 or 5
-LA wins game 1 decisively
-LA expected to blow Boston out in game 2
-Boston wins by 9
-Boston now has home court advantage and that they can win the series
-LA wins by 7
-Boston is no good at home and we aren't going back to LA
-Boston wins by 7
-Well maybe Boston has a little chance but LA should take game 5
-Boston wins by 6
-Boston is the far superior team and will win the series without doubt
-LA blows the shit out of Boston
-Boston is hopeless and has no chance in hell
-............. game 7 starts

Those are the publics thoughts.... take it as it is but can't we expect one close game to be decided in the final minute???
