No... The Lakers will likely outplay them in the 1Q, but the assumption that the Celtics won't show up early is dangerous...

Completely false. Lakers have won and covered every 1Q at home so far in the playoffs except for one. The Lakers are the best 1st quarter team in the NBA. It's just a really big coincidence that the coin keeps falling on the Lakers side in the 1Q?
