Nothing surprising whatsoever about this spread. I predicted -7 actually, but I was close. The spread was in the -6 range for both home games and there were plenty of LA backers. Now LA is literally 'do or die' so I am slightly surprised it's not at 7 to be honest. People will be lining up to back LA in this situation.

not sure who im going to take to win my 7th straight but i do think the lakers will win the next 2 at home and win some close games to take the series.

Bynum only has two days to recover... he's the key... He doesnt' play well then the lakers defense is shoddy to say the least....
It was the difference in 2008 it is the difference this year.
They put all their eggs into the basket draining his knee for game 5 and it backfired.

Guys, it was ~6 in the first two LA games and they'll probably have the stripes as their sixth man too. Think about it.

If you're surprised by this line, you should re-evaluate your understanding of spreads... Slightly higher than Games 1 & 2 due to the position the Lakers are in (down 3-2), and the fact that the line didn't get bumped off of the 6.5 from early sharp action should tell you that the line is very fair. It's a solid line.

Refs will be the biggest factor in game 6...I'm guessing they will continue to Screw the Celtics to force a game 7
