LAL -180 for series
Small on LAL +300 for series in 6 games

I'm also leaning LAL -5.5 and over 192 for Game 1, though I'm not sure I'll play them. I think the Lakers take care of business to set the tone in Game 1, but Boston will come back and win outright in Game 2. Lakers then take two of three in Boston, and finish the Celtics in Game 6 at Staples.

That's my take, FWIW.

I agree with this. I love the fact that the total is being pounded down. I wouldn't take the over at 195 or 196 -- too close IMHO -- but at 192, it's looking very attractive.

Other than the last Phoenix game at Staples, the Lakers 1Q totals at home against the Jazz and Suns were 53, 50, 61 and 60. The 1Q totals for Boston in their last two road playoff games were 55 and 58. These teams will be rested and ready to roll. I don't think clearing 48 will be a problem.

I think it might be worth going with both. Say you take Lakers in 5 for $50 and Lakers in 6 for $50 -- worst case scenario is you're out $100, but you could be looking at a nice $100 or even $300 profit, and I don't think either are out of the realm of possibility.

You could always put $200 on the Lakers at -180 to win the series as insurance and cover your other two $50 bets, too.
