I think lakers will lose the second game at home but steal one in boston, there will be a good chance this goes 2 - 2 which will bring the lakers series price down.

I think it's a lot of juice to pay for two teams this evenly matched. I also think the Lakers will win the series, but -190 is not a fair price for two teams that are basically even on a neutral court.

I was also thinking of taking them for the series. But then thought well maybe that wouldn't be the best idea, because how well they do match up. The only problem with betting the Lakers ML the first 2 games, is if they win the first which will probably be -200+, then the 2nd game will be more than -200. And if they take those 2, there would be no sense in taking them for series after that, because the # would be ridiculous.

$5100 to win $3400 is a -150 series line. Since the Celtics are +170. Just bet both sides and guarantee yourself a win. Thats what a pro would do.

just like in 2008 you think the lakers want to chase the celtics ball movement on offense all day? Do the Lakers like to fight on offense vs a team that will try to beat them down physically? That was the difference in 2008. Let's see what the lakers have learned. The suns series didn't show me that anything has changed.

Kobe need to play his best in order for Lakers to win. I don't really understand why Vegas made Lakers almost a 2 to 1 favor. Celtics got better bench, 2 of the celtics starters can go afford to go 3 for 10 and they still have a chance to win and Garnet owns Gasol in playoff. Lakers need to have no margins of errors to win this series.

Public perception.

The only reason Lakers are 2:1 favored to win the Championship is because of public perception. Vegas loves to suck in poor squares like you and take your damn hard earned money. Just look at the series between Celtics/Magic, Magic was -380 or something to win the ECF and Celtics were +255 or so. Look what happened. Say it ain't so.

Go 'head though, 5k on Lakers to win the NBA Finals to win 3k is easy money, its so easy that it's almost FREE money!

I think it's a good idea. However, if you have reservations, wait till the Lakers hopefully win the first couple home games, and then hedge on the inflated Boston juice to guarantee a profit.
