I jumped all over Boston+6 win or lose the value in this line is remarkable..
The last 3 games they met was decided by less than this combined...

Why does everyone make it sound like the lakers had this super easy route to the finals. If you switched positions with the lakers and celtics. I'm positive bos would've struggled with the thunder, and I don't think they wanted do deal with the suns either.

And look at bostons route. We had a cavs team that was only carried by lebron who quitted on his own. We had a magic team that to me, was playing poorly most of the series. Missing majority of their threes.. and plenty of other shots.

I'm on goat on this one. Lakers will win, and I say they win the series in 6.

All books take different amounts of 'juice' and odds of -110 -110 is fairly standard. Pinnacle is probably the best sportsbook as they usually have -105 -105. The other option is sites that are based on exchange and it's not the site laying the odds it's actually people like me and you. You'll typically find in high level sports that you can get -100 -101; however, betfair will take 5% of your winnings as commission. Frequent and high level wagers will eventually get you to 3% commission..... and you have to think, they only take commission on winnings.... for example we'll compare 3 books

bodog -110 average --- You have to bet $110 to win $100. You lose this wager you lose $110, if you win, you win $100
pinnacle -105 average - You have to bet $105 to win $100. You lose this wager you lose $105, if you win, you win $100
betfair -100 average --- You have to bet $100 to win $100. You lose this wager you lose $100, if you win, you win $95 (commission)

So today, I started with a $500 roll, and decided to put 2 units on the Celtics to take game 1 @ +5.5 and parlayed it with the under at 192 for a 2.6 to 1 payout if I win. Is anybody else consider a parlay play? If so what did you select?

Stick to straight wagers. Parlays are fun, but not good strategy for getting the most out of your money.

Rondo is a much different player than Nash or Williams... the Lakers have plenty of experience with those two anyway, they haven't really seen Rondo much at all and he is a much better player than 2 years ago.
