Phoenix Suns +8 a good play?

Don't bet on Basketball at all really but a lot people/posters seem to be betting this play. My question, is it a decent play to tail?

8 points means they are expecting a blowout. If it was +4 I would say maybe Suns. But +8 = 15 point victory for lakers.
