My biggest NBA playoffs bet - Round 2!

Last time I have posted my biggest NBA playoffs play to date when I placed a 150 Unit bet on the Lakers winning the 1stQ. After a crazy three pointer by the Suns it was a push.

This is my one play for this game as well. LA dominated the 1st quarter in games 1 and 2. After allowing the PHX bench to take game 4 like that, LA will come out with ferocious defense and a methodical offense. 10 units on LA on 5 on the under.

Just a little tip for you, as i believe You are looking at the stats the wrong way, as you are using both home and road stats in your analysis. This is why your last big play wasn't that strong at all:
10-3 in the 1st Q looks like a strong trend, but when all three L's were on the road and they've only won 3 on the road as well, then you should hear the alarm.

Here is what i've done with the game:

The Lakers haven't lost a 1st Q at home in the playoffs, and the avg. win margin is 9.9.

This is how they've fared:
LA's 1st Q's at home:

vs Oklahoma
Game 1: LA by 14
Game 2: LA by 8
Game 5: LA by 15

vs Utah
Game 1: LA by 7
Game 2: LA by 4

....

The Suns started of winning their first three 1st Q's in the playoffs by an avg. of 8.6. Since then they've lost four straight 1st Q's by an avg of 9.

vs Portland
Game 3: Pho by 18
Game 4: Pho by 1
Game 6: Pho by 7

vs SA
Game 3: SA by 9
Game 4: SA by 6

....

The Lakers are godlike in the 1st Q at home and are 7-0 SU and 7-0 ATS.
Two of these were against Phoenix:

Game 1: LA by 9
Game 2: LA by 12

....

First of all I am happy to see high level reasoning that is the way to bet ...
About what you wrote. Two of the 1stQ loses were in the one series the Lakers played below average, and one time was by mistake. Their dominance in the 1stQ is amazing also on the road. The bet last time was a push and that is when the Lakers were up 3 points and had the ball for a last offensive play after the tied three.
But of course they are a lot stronger at home ...

Suns aren't the same team when they are playing away... They won't be able to shoot as well as they did.. Players like Fyre will end up with 0/10 or something again.. Everytime Fyre is on.. The lakers dominate the first quarter LOL.. Which is like few minutes til first quarter is over .. I hope he comes in early to replace lopez and we will definitely win
