Why didn't BOS call a TO at the end of regulation?

They had one, didn't seem to make sense that they didn't use it, especially as the play started to break down.

they intentionally did not call timeout, so that orlando had no time to prepare defense play against pierce's final shot. pierce is usually money on last shot. i think boston used that strategy before and won.
