Remember never go against who the league wants in the finals. They want a Laker/Celtic final series. If Orlando decides to keep showing up or if Phoenix starts to make it close the officiating will makes sure Boston and LA make it. You can bank on it. Strange game tonight. Yes Orlando showed up finally and I think that caught Celtics off guard. You could see that they were not expecting the Magic to compete at a championship level. They waited too late though. It's just too hard to win 4 straight after digging a hole. I know the flyers did it but it's never happened in the NBA. Boston really looked tired tonight. In the 4th qtr most of Pierce's shots were coming up short. They should have done a lot of things different down the stretch. Magic could be up 3-1 if they had competed like this early in the series.

i hate to say it, but this has a lot to do with my lakers bet tomorrow night. celtics and lakers will need to be on reasonable rest to make a good series. the nba should have already thrown out the idea of anything good coming out of the playoffs other than the finals. imagine a phoenix/celtics series. holy fukk, where's the snooze button...
