Put it this way line movement has meant nothing in the NBA playoffs so far but I guarantee you it will today..............
In all my years of gambling not once did a game this one sided come through for the public and it will not start today or ever for that matter,, Books just simply don't lose this kind of money period,,, there is no way to pay for the Lakers if they win except out of the Books own pockets and if you think they are going to do this you are ill........ The amount of $ on the Suns is basically sales tax of what is on the Lakers.................So if you have a significant amount of $ on the Lakers you better start hedging or you are going to be crying the NBA is fixed by games end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Suns and the Magic are the same animal. Its too bad you wont realize that until you lose your money. The Lakers with all these days off are dangerous. But you will learn the hard way.

LOL...there are have been many NBA games where books have paid to 80% of the public this season....oh BTW...are you watching this year's NBA playoffs???....books are giving back all the money they won in the regular season....and they will continue to do so today and tomorrow. Only sharps might have saved the books during these playoffs. This is the biggest public favored playoffs in a long time and david stern cant do anything about it.

I think there is alot of false arguements being made here. For starters I think I agree with Pauly on this one and im a similar situation last year I believe, Lake got housed by a rockets team without Yao. Also to say Vegas is losing money in the playoffs is just stupid. These championship series definately vegas is losing, but suns/spurs, hawks/bucks, hawks/magic and **** to be honest even the MAGIC in this series public backed HUGE in game one. Vegas is getting lumped the past week and I am sure they will get it back. Generally speaking if you side vegas you will do ok in long run. There is a reason these games have gone over by 20 points so far but the over under is the same this game and there is a reason LAKE has been stomping and now their dogs.

I am with Paulie on this on and will slightly cover my ass by going $200 on Suns, $200 on Under. If vegas wins I win and thats where I like to be!!!

Public absolutely killed Vegas with Magic game 4 last series, the numbers were pretty identical to tonights LA matchup. I like Suns 1H

First of all I respect you a lot and you know it, but I NEVER made a bet based on what the public does. The Books will always win, forever and ever, but there is no doubt they are getting killed in this NBA playoffs. Against the Jazz It was very heavy on the lakers, Magic against the bobcats and ATL, Boston yesterday and so on ... the Lakers are simply a lot better, I don't see them crushing the Suns but they will win.
The Suns don't have any tools to win this, unless they shoot 60% from three.
GL my man, today I'm on the other side.

The trend is my friend until it comes to an end. Have to go with the fav again but will be playing small units now to preserve my mountain of profits from BOS & LA in their latest streaks. Its time to be cautious because nothing lasts for ever.

The Lakers will most likely win the Series but they will not beat the Suns at home 2 games in a row or maybe even both because the Suns are not the Jazz,, the Jazz gave up after the first 2 losses at staples simply for the fact they haven't won there in 5 years so their will was broken right then and there on top of their wounded team..................The Suns on the other hand will not give up,, they will fight until the end which gives them the advantage when at home,,,and one more factor everybody is taking for granted the LAKE SHOW is as dominant as the Celtics right now and they simply are not the Celtics dismantled Cleveland like dog meat which was the best team in the NBA as far as regular season record goes and they are destroying the Magic who had 2 sweeps in a row like secondary Child's Play..................

Bottom line> everyone is over looking the Suns because of what Boston is doing and they are going with the norm thinking the Lakers will follow suit but there is one big difference and this is the Lakers are not BOSTON.....................
