Magic/Celtics Game 3 Discussion

Just want to get some thoughts/opinions on this game. I think the Celtics smell blood and will not let up. Orlando is doubting themselves and once again the questions are being raised of whether or not they have tuned out Stan Van Gundy. I'm not saying Stan is a bad coach, but when times are tough I think his players tune him out as I think he is a better motivator when his team is playing well and he more or less makes sure his players don't let up.

Right now, I think Boston is the play. I've read some arguments for Orlando but still not convinced they will get it together in this one.

It all depends if JJ Redick plays the whole game. If he does, Magic win.

I think people are doubting the Magic too much. They lost by just 4 and 3 these past two games, and they weren't really dominated by the Celtics like what happened against Cleveland. With that being said, Orlando just cannot close out games like the Celtics do. Their "closer" is a notorious choker who missed two crucial ft's with the game on the line. Rashard Lewis hasn't showed up the whole series and I don't see him showing up in Boston either. I don't see how anyone can bet against the Celts with the way they've been playing. Boston -3 is incredibly sharp at the moment, we just need to see where this line goes in a few days. I feel that Boston ML is the play here though.

rested magic on the road has been money all season long. celtics -3 smells like a bait. if it goes down to -2, it definitely is a bait! my initial lean was celtics -3 but it seems too good to be true. ill wait til gameday but im already giving myself a mental note not to bet big on this game 3. it's just too iffy as we all know both teams are road warriors.

Agreed, however, you must admit that some people are getting a bit carried away counting this series as already finished. We're talking about 3 & 4 point wins here. You can justify the Celtics dominance in games 1 and 2 any way you like, but the bottom line is those are narrow margins and the Magic are a team that is capable of making adjustments... You really think Game 2 couldn't have ended in Magic win?

Truth is orlando was outplayed both games in first half of the last two games... And is expecting same results first half in game 3...and I believe Boston will cover game 3
