I agree, Phoenix will play better at home. Still think they are simply overmatched though. Doug Collins made a good point about the Lakers defense tonight - there's a lot of long arms and it really disrupts Nash's whole game whether it's passing lanes or shooting 3s.

why did they score 112 on the road? the Lakers have no business allowing 112 on the road they need to fix that before the finals. If LA played Boston today they'd get smacked. The have some work to do defensively.

this is just a high school game for the lakers. they have no need to play defense here. they know they can outscore the suns so why waste energy? come on goat you know that.

LB- give me 1 reason (not a bs one) how the Lakers will win game 3 if J rich demolishes Artest, Amare and Nash play much better, Suns bench >>>Lakers bench on the road. Limit turnovers. If Lakers dont get bench production and artest/odom dont play the way they did at home how will they win this game on the road without Kobe dropping 40?

If you can give me 1 reason I will consider betting Lakers.

There were 7 variables in that post, Goat, for PHO to win. Now that you've laid it out like that, there's no way I can take Phoenix the next game. Can't put my money on 7+ ifs coming true. Best of luck whomever you take.

these are all common knowledge from a coaching perspective shari. they are not variables. If Kobe does not drop at least 35 Lakers lose this game unless you give me another reason because everything I posted above will happen. I need a reason i'm not thinking of. I know how these coaches think.

I get what you're saying but to me they're variables. From what I understand from what you posted, those 7 things need to happen for Phoenix to win this game, none of which happened in the first 2 games. The only one you've listed on the other side is Kobe scoring 35+ which he has already done in game 1.

Not trying to argue as I was heavily leaning Phoenix until I saw this post. But I'm a gambler - I have to go with the odds of the 1 hitting and not the 7.

Bynum will be rested. He did nothing in game 1 and 2. Fisher did fukk all and Shannon Brown will unload off the bench. I already told everyone that Farmar and Brown would be the biggest x factors but i had people laughing at me.

game 1- brown and farmar 19 pts / 2 steals and +14/2-3 on 3pt

game 2 - brown and farmar 19 pts/2 steals and +12/3-3 on 3pt

i know nothing according to some but i have watched this game for a long time

i don't think 1 person on here as said you know nothing lol. Can they play well on the road? Farmar never does....I also called alot of things that are happening exactly as predicted in this series as well.

LAL won the first 2 too easy. It could mean trouble to them on game 3. But on the other hand, LAL really match up well on PHX.

The production from Frye and Dudley off the bench will be the difference in Phoenix's chances IMHO.

Because of Bench production. They won't get that production for Farmar and Brown and Odom tonight IMO. You know Suns Lakers is one of the biggest rivalries since the Kobe era right? Kobe is the only pure mismatch for the Lakers on the floor. Bynum has done nothing, and Gasol- well he will always be solid no matter what but he cannot take over a game on the road like Kobe.

All the Lakers need is 1 bad game from Artest and the bench (who always struggles on the road against good teams) and they're are finished unless Kobe bails them out. Yes- I believe if Kobe comes out in "faciliator mode" tonight, it's a very bad sign for the Lakers.

But Kobe is my boy, he can do whatever he wants. If he drops 40+ tonight Lakers win. Anything under 33 I think they'll lose. But this is just my opinion so don't come and here and bash me if I"m wrong. I just have a feeling Kobe is going to take 25+ shots today.

Agreed nba rigging at it's finnest 2nit. League doesn't want 2 sweeps. Maybe I'm overthinking but thats my thoughts. Lakers win the series we all know that but not in 4.
