Now I have always stated that I don't think Lebron has a winner's mentality and that he is more concerned with his marketability and making money than winning championships, butttttt - what if the Cavs hired Phil Jackson. I could never see Phil going there but if the price was right, who knows maybe he would do it. I don't really think we can overestimate the difference Phil makes; the guy is a phenomenal coach and a master motivator.
So the question is: If LeBron James stayed in Cleveland and they went on to hire Phil Jackson, would the Cavs win a title?
I honestly don't know but I think it would improve their chances immensely.
