Did you see LeBron couldn't wait to rip off his Cav jersey
First of all I think LeBron played well it's just that Boston was unbeatable tonight.
I really liked how he helped Big Baby from falling. Anyone see that ? Baby was stumbling and Bron carried him back up, I thought it was a fight.. no. Then right after that, Bron went to drain two 3's in a row to bring Cavs within 4.
Bron's turnovers were almost all forced/steals. Shaq played pretty good too, and mo was hot at times. Lots of congrats and talk at the end really nice to see Bron getting support from his colleagues. Like Garnett told him, "keep your head up and do what's best for you and your family".. Bron shouldn't put up with any bad talk about his play tonight this was a hell of a game.
All the accolades go to the Celtics, not one person who knows anything about basketball could say anything except the Celtics were freakin phenomenal tonight and unleashed a performance capable of beating any team on the planet.
As soon as he stepped into the tunnel he tore off that Cavs jersey with gusto. See that ? Wherever he goes I wish him the best and hope his dreams come true and he's not criticized too much or harassed by lesser men/women in the media.

Hopefully in about 10 years he will become a Celtic and finally get his ring.

Snowball, Congrats to you and your team for advancing. I know I gave you shit all year about the Celts not being any good and they were one of the most profitable teams to fade at home all season.. However, when the playoffs started they turned it on. The Celts are a formidable opponent for anybody remaining in the playoffs and would represent the best long shot to win it.

    Congrats again

local coverage is great i was just watching Tony Allen in the locker room interview, sitting there shirtless. "main thing was load up on lebron"
everything that happenned tonight was Celtic game plan. Even Rasheed Wallace stepped up.
i could type a lot more but we saw the same game.. going to congratulate lakerboy in his thread now.

Here's some articles you may enjoy reading about Doc Rivers.
He's faced tragedy and prejudice in his life.

To Rivers, more important than wins and losses are ties -- the ties that bind at home, which is why extra road trips are just part of the schedule.

I doubt the Celts will have much left -- Magic in 5.

Doc's a class act all away around. Both stories were good reads. I knew about his wife being a white woman and that was the reason for leaving college early but I had no idea about the arsonist torching his home. Doc deserves anything positive he gets.

Doc has really done a great job this year. Made sure the team was rested enough for this playoff run.

Lebron is an idiot if he goes to NY... he won't be in the discussion of all time greats if he can't win a ring. If he can't win a ring with Shaq, Varejao, Mo Williams, & Jamison on his team then how's he going to do it in NY with a much worse supporting cast?

I would think that LeBron + Amare > LeBron + shaq, varejao, mo williams, jamison.

But LeBron going to NYK would be entertainment at its best, with LeBron in D'Antoni's offense.

I saw him take his shirt off after the game. I wouldn't necessarily make the connection that this was a Cavs shirt. I mean, what other shirt was he supposed to take off?

I could see him stay in Cleveland, with a new coach, and without Shaq.
