Durant. Yes, he signed the max. But at this stage in his career, he didn't have to to sign for 5 years because it's a LOT less than he'd make if he strung it out. Sign for 2 years. FA again, get a better deal. He has the star power to do that.

But he didn't. He quietly signed a 5 year extension, with no fuss. No hour long specials, no free agent summits. None of that garbage.
