Well that stupid move got him years in prison, he lost multiple millions of dollars being out of work in what was the prime of his life. He probably would have went to jail later on anyway but you never know. That might have been the turning point for him positively if he'd only made the right decision.

I can understand to a point. But don't you have an affinity for the Cav's after watching them the past few years? Just because one player leaves won't you still have some desire for them to succeed?
