Kobe took a lot of ill-advised shots down the stretch and was fairly non-existent in the 3rd quarter. Not complaining because I won money on LA tonight, but Lebron is better than Kobe now.

No way bro..LeBron cannot hit any shot on the floor yet

Now if we were talking about most athletically gifted or player that is offensively gifted well LeBron may be. But, as far as, leadership, clutch, higher basketball IQ and being a player that can hit any shot that they want to at anytime. KOBE hands down. Oh must I also compare the rings oh LeBron is yet to get one. I still think it may be LeBron's year but also their is this team down south that seem to have their number. Orlando will give Cleveland all they can handle.

i dunno why u dont think lebron can hit "any" shot on the floor, thats a false statement. if anything lebron has a larger range for his shot than kobe. you would have had an argument for kobe being the best player last year, but not this year. lebron is by far the best player in the NBA. if kobe was a free agent after this season, more teams would take lebron over him.
i agree, orlando is the only team that can keep the cavs from winning the title. orlando is just plain better than the cavs

Lebron has much greater range than Kobe does. Hell, he hit a pullup jumper from one step over halfcourt in the Chicago series. Lebron is a better outside shooter than Kobe.

Leadership? Seriously? Lebron doesn't cry because he can't get along with teammates, demand to be traded, or quit on his team mid-game like Kobe has. Lebron's leadership has created a tighter knit team than any in the NBA.

Lebron as led the league in Clutch stats this year (and last).

They are not the same player.. Lebron is more like magic and Kobe is more like Jordan.. I really don't think the 2 can be compared because it's like comparing Kobe to magic which u can't .. Still not sure why lebron gets all the Jordan comparisons either he's basically a 6"8 point guard

Well lets see why. He draws triple teams by just looking at the basket. Hmm he racked up almost as many rebounds as Gasol. Oh yeah and he comes through when it matters most, drawing the 3 ball foul on Ray Allen, getting the foul on Sheed with 25 seconds left. The dude is clutch, that is what makes him better than Lebron. Lebron can put up massive numbers, but Kobe wins titles.
