What happened at orlando last night?
is vegas so dumb for giving out a -9 line for orlando after the first game thrashing?

or was it a clever plan for the books to attract money on the hawks, knowing that the change in the line in favor of atlanta would attract public money?

it seems as though people overthink line moves, everyone tries to think like a 'sharp' and fade the 'square' play, and books may take advantage of that

personally, I just put some money on the ML to make some change and some extra points, with the logic that orlando is the better team, and it is impossible for any team to make a +40 point turnaround in 2 days, so I just played it safe

was planning to stay up and bet it live to get much better odds, but only lasted until 2am and fell asleap, game started at 3am here and and had to wake up at 6am to go to work

" the logic that orlando is the better team"

it seems this simple logic gets overlooked in favor of all kinds of theories that have nothing to do with the game

I am guilty of it at times myself

well to be honest I think in this instance the books either had a bad line or where playing with our minds

they new orlando would win and scared us away by moving the line in favor of atlanta

I wish it would be move obvious before the game

well, if you did watch the game, you might had a different opinion during the half time break. the truth is public plays win some and lose some, but at end books always net profits, which is why they are still in business.
