Boston about to tire out. Boston will have a hard time generating offense. Ray Allen getting open looks with Perkins setting illegal picks but no one else can shoot the rock.

I have seen Boston be awful so many times in the 2nd half. Is this line inflated by a point or 1.5 because of this? Or is it a standard formula?
