    2 playoff picks - Monday
    Cavaliers -6.5 (-110)

The Celtics at some point put themselves in a position to win the last game. They won't get that opportunity tonight. The Cavaliers will get the job done as they take a decisive 2-0 lead in this fairly lopsided series. Ignore the regular-season h2h record (SU and ATS) of these sides and go with the reality that's about to unfold.

    Spurs/Suns UNDER 203.5

A superficial look at this total will have you thinking the OVER is a gift. The OVER may eventually turn out to be a Greek gift. If you've carefully followed the transitions and adjustments both teams have made in winning their last series, you'd expect tonight's game to be ruled by a certain level of defense that'll keep this game under this fairly huge total. I may not be able to elaborate things sufficiently here but incorporating certain things into my capping of this game, I have the total in the 195-198 range, barring any OT.

It was immediately after posting mine that I saw your thread on the C's/Cavs game. I'm glad I'm on the same side as you.

I see what you're saying with Phx/San but the numbers and philosophy of both teams (esp. Phx) is built around the high scoring offence. Both teams will likely try to emphasize defense but when it gets heated I say both sides will be slinging...Good luck though-what's your call on the Bos/Cle total-I think I'm going Over. Later

Tailing you on both of them, adding the spurs as well. I feel like if this game is staying under 203.5, it should follow that the spurs cover. The line movement is backing up that theory as well.

For the series in general, I totally agree with this assessment (more Unders than Overs), but I feel like emotion will push the first game over. This will be one of the loudest crowds Phoenix has seen this season and the Suns will be very aggressive.

As for the Cavs, I agree 100%.

I'm leaning OVER in the Cavs game.

                  BOL to us.

The Spurs will win one of G1 and G2. I don't know which one they'll win. I like them in this one but IDK if they'll pull it. If they lose G1, then they'll be autoplay in G2.
