Spurs vs. Suns GAME 1

I'm not sure on the point spread yet but I definitely like the OVER here. Both games they played this season went over and the lines were set at 206 and 209. Phoenix is a run and gun team with San Antonio perfectly able to keep up. There reputation for being old is a joke I think.

Until a single spurs playoff game actually goes over the set total I will not be playing any overs. 5 unders and one push in the Dallas series. Under or no play for me. Phoenix knows they can't slip up in game 1 and get away with it like they did against Portland. I don't think Ill be playing any side in this game.

I don't see how the spurs can win this series. The suns speed will be too much and they will get demoralized watching j rich and co. drop 3 after 3 after 3. I think the best bet for game 1 though is the over. Only at 203.5 and all 3 meetings in the regular season both teams had triple digits.

Suns are losers and thats nothing new. Spurs OWNS them. Game 1 in Suns is hard to call though. I think Spurs wins the series 4-2 and I think they win one of the first two games.

Spurs are a game 2 team. I would not trust them here but they are rested and of course they have showed they can go to Phx and win. I hope it sets up like the Dal series where the Spurs play well but still lose game 1, then its time to pound the Spurs in gm 2. In fact, I would take the spurs in game 2 no matter what happens in game 1.

except for the fact that Duncan was in his prime during those years, and SA had better overall teams than they do this year. The Suns are a much better team this year than they have been in the past 10 years. Amare is the most dominant PF in the league, he will shit on Duncan or McDyse, whoever choses to guard him.

The Spurs have the same core of Ginobli/Parker/Duncan, and Stoudemire/Nash have been there for most of it, but otherwise the teams are very different. How can you argue that results from 7 years ago have any bearing on this series?
