I'm talking about a complete team. Stout defense, and efficient offense. So many of these teams have holes, or INJ's holding them back.

Lakers are the best team in the west and will take the west this year-

The Spurs are the most talented team in the NBA and if Jefferson played to his potential every game, there is no team in the NBA that could stop them. They are the ultimate "Big 4." But Jeff is not the same as he's been in past years even though his career still is far from over.

The Mavs are the deepest team in the league. They have the best bench in the league, and they made the best move in getting Caron Butler, a shutdown 1 on 1 defender who can get his own shot at anytime. Marion can guard any sf in the league effectively, butler any 2g, and haywood/dampier in the middle is a nightmare for teams. Stevenson is yet another solid defender off the bench.

The only thing with the Mavs is they can't play a halfcourt game, so it makes me question how far they will get in the playoffs.
