Kobe DID get Shaq traded. He forced the Lakers to agree to it before signing his new contract. Shaq was the best player on the team and Kobe couldn't accept that. His 4 rings may say he's a winner, but many of his actions say otherwise. He threw away at least 2 rings by forcing Shaq out. He also threw Game 7 against the Suns in the playoffs.

Shaq has been more than happy playing with Lebron since Lebron actually passes the ball.
