Why not take the Blazers +8.5 tonight?
I know they might be content with the one win in the desert but im getting this feeling that Portland is starting to get into the heads of the suns. The line hasnt moved an inch since it came out. The Blazers have covered all the meetings this season and the one they didnt cover pushed. The Blazers are very athletic and are the type of team that gives the suns fits. Amare has his hands full with Camby and Alrdridge inside and Nash cant guard Miller and Gentry knows it. The suns played there second unit alot last game cause they know its gonna be a long series and Gentry in my opinion isnt anywhere near the coach Nate McMillan is. Anyways i am gonna wait until closer to tip off time but im liking the Blazers to hang around here.

I think your right, but I also see a different performace by the Suns tonite. I think they will force the issue and Amare will be more assertive tonite on the offensive end and not settle for jumpers as he did last game. He will give Portland fits as Camby and Aldridge will not contain him tonite. I think the Suns start fast this game but you will look up in the 4Q and the Blazers will still be hanging around looking to steal another one. It's true Suns don't matchup, but they played like shit and A. Miller was a beast in game 1. I think the Suns get this one tonite but by 9 points?? Not feeling it myself but I do like the Suns 1H somewhat.

Just booked this bet about 30 minutes ago....BOL Portland backers

I have been struggling with this one all day long. I think the Suns should take this one but I don't know that they cover. Portland has to many big athletic bodies.

Agreed. The Suns -8.5 is very unappealing, but I can't see them not coming out gunning today as the prospect of going to the Rose Garden down 2-0 is a really bad situation for the Suns. No matter who wins the game though, the Suns need to play their game rather than allow the Blazers to dictate pace. Because of this, I really like the Over tonight more than anything else.

Aldrich and Camby can't handle Amare, don't fool yourself.

McMillan way better coach than Gentry

I wouldn't be surprised to see Grant on Andre tonight if the matchup on the floor allows it. Miller is not a hard player to figure out, he's real strong, and can be crafty with the ball at times, but he has no outside game. Suns will make adjustments headed into this game- you may see some zone played tonight.

Also like the over. If it wasn't for the uncharacteristically slow start in the last game they would of put up 230.

The common thought here is that the Suns will put there foot down and take this win and dominate this series. People always overrate the Suns and I just don't think they are that good. People really don't like Portland without Roy but I think they are just fine without him. I guess the common thought here is that Miller can't score as much as he did again and we can't see a repeat performance. I tend to disagree but won't be playing this game. I am going to sit on the sidelines and watch hoping to get some value in Portland or when this series comes back to Phoenix.

Like I said before, Phoenix will rue the day they beat Utah in the final game of the regular season to draw Portland instead of Denver.

Sounds crazy, but this team does not match up well with the Blazers.

That's what scares me, Portland play seems too logical and easy. They just took care of Phoenix and now they are +8.5 AGAIN? Something tells me a 12 point Suns victory is coming. BOL ya'll.

Portland has covered every game this year except one (that they pushed), including winning two now in PHX both without Roy. What makes you think it will be a blowout?

Game 2's are all about adjustments, and lets face it Nate is simply the better coach.

Isn't the SQUARE play to take Portland? If anything I was saying that the Suns would be the sharp play, given they got blasted by Portland and are now huge underdogs again. Taking Portland would be the easy and square play.
