Thanks, cruyff, but at the start of the playoffs? Figured it would be much lower with the Lake Show struggling and a lot of good teams messed up with injuries.

I believe you add the numbers up and divide by the second. That would be 5/13= 38.5%. I don't know if there's a real fast way to find out a money line based on percentage, but I played with some numbers until I found the ML to be +160.

LOL. Yeah, I don't hold onto points very long -- they're donated to SBR Casino. My one claim to fame was getting them up to 253 so I could get the Nike bag. Since then, every time I've gotten them up some, they've gone back down.

What would our bet be, anyway? Let me see if I can take today's 7 somewhere so we can do something.

What I thought of the other night was that since my point history shows my giving up 100 points in wager losses, one to SBR John and the other to some guy I could have easily blown off, we can settle on a money line amount, the points, and you can send me your points until the event's decided. What say you?

As for my end of it, I've only been involved in one wager w/ a poster (back before it was allowed -- little did I know -- so I got an infraction) and I won. TSoprano took forever to pay me, but he did pay me. That was in the pre-points days. Anyway, I digress, but just wanted to say that I am a stand-up guy and not a stiff and don't even understand why people would stiff others when they are going to be using this forum. Just wanted to share that.

But I suppose it would make sense for me to "deposit" with you, since I'd be the one taking the Cavs and you would be playing the house? I'm probably okay with this plan. Only one problem: No points right now. :-(

I almost don't have to do any smooth talk to convince you that I'm safe to lend points to; just use my donation history (rank by size of transaction) as evidence. The best predictor of behavior is generally what one has done in the past.
