    NBA Injuries Report 4/17
    Chicago
No injuries reported for this team.

    Cleveland
Shaquille O'Neal will start Game 1 of the playoffs Saturday against the Bulls despite his long layoff from surgery to repair a torn ligament in his right thumb.

    Milwaukee
Andrew Bogut underwent season-ending surgery to repair a dislocated right elbow, a sprained wrist, and broken right hand after landing hard on a dunk attempt.

    Atlanta
No injuries reported for this team.

    Miami
Jermaine O'Neal missed Wednesday's regular season finale against the Nets as he was given time to rest a sprained ankle and a sore knee but he says he'll be ready to go for Game 1 of the playoffs Saturday against the Celtics.

    Boston
Tony Allen missed Wednesday's game against the Bucks with the flu and remains questionable Saturday for Game 1 of the playoffs against the Heat.
Rajon Rondo left practice early on Friday with the flu but is expected to be fine for Game 1 of the playoffs Saturday against the Heat.

    Utah
Carlos Boozer did not play in Wednesday's regular season finale against the Suns due to a strained muscle in his right rib cage. He sat out practice Friday to get treatment and hasn't been available to the media to talk about the injury. He is expected to play Game 1 of the playoffs Saturday against the Nuggets.
Andrei Kirilenko has missed the past two weeks with a strained left calf and will miss Utah's first round series against the Nuggets after an MRI revealed a third strain in the same calf, but in a different area of the muscle. His status beyond the first round has yet to be determined.
Mehmet Okur did not practice on Friday with a strained left Achilles tendon but plans on playing in Game 1 of the playoffs Saturday against the Nuggets.

    Denver
Joey Graham practiced on Thursday and should be good for Saturday's Game 1 against the Jazz with a sprained ankle.
Kenyon Martin left Tuesday's game against the Suns in the second quarter with patella tendinitis in his knee but would have tried to play if it were a playoff game. He is confident that a few days of rest will have him ready for Game 1 of the playoffs Saturday against the Jazz.

As a Bucksfan the Bogut injury was a killer they would have made semis if not for the injury. Now I think they make take 2 at most from Atlanta.

'Memhet okur won't be playing this play off series he has to have surgery. That makes the tally 2 for players the will be missing for the whole play off series along with kirilenko

                    Source yahoo sports:
Apr 20 Okur will have surgery on his ruptured Achilles on Tuesday, the Deseret News reports.
Recommendation: Okur will begin active rehabilitation in two weeks, and an initial timetable will be given at that time. In general these types of Achilles injuries need extensive recovery time, meaning he could miss most of the first half of the 2010-2011 season.
