I already know one person that said yes to this and that is "sportsfan" but he hasn't showed his face here yet. Also, other ppl on this site have made claims that lakers won't get passed the first round now it looks like their too chicken to show themselves.

Just my little opinion but I don't see too many people owning Durant at all. Not saying that's going to help OKC's cause at all, but he is a machine.

And how funny is this: There's a guy I went so school with named Kevin Durand in my little hometown in Canada who has been in X-Men, quite a few episodes of Lost, CSI, etc... When you search him on IMDB, it turns out he's been in heaps of stuff. Crazy. And he dominated high school basketball in our city back in the day - taller than average, 6'6 I think.

When I first heard of Durant, I was convinced it was the same dude. They're both white so I was convinced that my guy's face had just changed a bit somehow. My hometown's version of Steve Nash. Eventually figured it out when I actually looked at the spelling of Durant's name. But still, everytime I see/hear about him, I think of this guy. And everytime OKC has fukked me over I think that I can't wait until Xmas and see Durand again. Going to kick him in the nads if I can reach just for having close to the same name.

Goatmilk no one is going to bet you. They talked big about La losing in the first round but they wont back it up with measly SBR points. You know some cant put there money where their mouth is or in this case sbr points.

i think artest may help neutralize KD, but not totally own him, i think KD doesn't like to be played physical

Well it's final. OKC will play LA in the first round.

It's going to to a hell of a series , I'm a lakers fan but this year they cost me too much money

Let's face the truth: OKC are a good team and will improve in the future but they're still far from an elite team. They've lost a number of games they could have won simply because they still haven't mastered the art of closing out games. The Lakers may appear to be struggling now but they'll surely deliver when it matters most. Lakers will definitely not win this series in 4 games, as OKC will win a game or two. But there can be no doubt as to which team will win this series.

Lakers will win the series no doubt but it could easily go to 7 games. I am curious to see if the Lakers decide to drag out this round of the playoffs like they did last year.

last year they beat jazz in 5 games . the second rd they beat houston in 7.

Alright deal sportsfan. When playoffs start on Sunday we'll transfer the points. If OKC gets it to 7 games, we'll consider that a push, and you'll get your points back.
