Does chasing position on West standings makes remaining games diff from usual games?

    Does chasing position on West standings makes remaining games diff from usual games?
    i dont really have the stats, but i think i start to throw off "X team is fighting for place on West standings" out of trying to cap the games.

    i mean, with #2-#5 and #6-#8 is still very much undecided, for example, what's the point of grabbing #2 for utah if in the end, they will face oklahoma?? i still think keeping the players fit for playoff will be the priority of teams.

    any thoughts??

    Please continue to do so. Folks will get drowned by the books because of playoff positioning. There's no "must-win" game in sports!!! Simply put, players don't get shot for losing any game!!!
    In today's games, for instance, I like these:
    Nets +5.5 (+100)
    Hornets +5.5 (+100)
    Washington +11.5 (-110).


    No set of players will go to the court and lay down on their backs because the opponents need a good playoff spot!
