Clippers are a horrible team but -9 is too much for Blazers on the road. No play for me. Under looks better imo. I would pick Under if line was 196-197. I'm expecting a score like 98-92.

It's strange. It happened many many times this season. Warriors vs Grizzlies game for example.They scored 197 points in first 3 quarters and only 33 points in last quarter.

Conclusion: Don't lose your hope 'til the final buzz!
