    Strange Line of the Day
    Indiana favored over Miami.

The reason appears to be Indiana's improved play as of late. They have won six of seven, and eight in a row at home.

Still, they have no business being favored over the Heat.

This is what books want you to think.

    I am on Pacers.

I saw nothing wrong with the line, more surprised it went to a pick.

        Pinnacle's feed.

The opening line of Heat -2 is more in line with what I think. The question is why so much money poured in on Indiana.

today's version was Portland somehow closing as an 8.5 point favorite in Sacramento. Sacramento is a good home team.

Didn't have much time today and thus couldn't post a thread about it, though.

                Legends feed:

                04/03 10:33 -7 -110 / +7 -110
                04/03 13:34 -7½ -110 / +7½ -110
                04/03 15:05 -7½ -113 / +7½ -107
                04/03 19:26 -7½ -115 / +7½ -105
                04/03 21:55 -8 -105 / +8 -115

Almost all the strange lines I notice become that way due to movement. The openers are generally pretty reasonable, but then the market drives the lines to absurd places.

A fair line for this game would've been Portland by 4.5 or 5, IMO.

It opening at 6.5 was already high, and then the money to be on Portland?
