Vegas knows that it doesn't matter what they put the line out at, most people will take Orlando because of how bad Dallas is at home. Also, it's not like everyone is listening to what "vegas is telling us to play". There is only a slight majority on Orlando and around 60% of the public is on Dallas ML.
