I'm a Lakers fan but I believe Hawks take this game at the end. Lakers are on their 5th game of a road trip [2-2 so far] and the Hawks have had 2 days off at home. Lakers have been at their best on this road trip with big losses at Thunder and Hornets. Expect the crowd to be loud tonight. All that being said, I also would not be surprised if Kobe and the Lake Show get up big for this game.

Lol Lakers took 2 days off with no practice for their roadtrip they are planning to put up a big fight against ATL I am staying away from this game. Lakers -1 though

I like the hawks here, I did not buy into them when they played the Magic at home (a better team than LA) and I got lucky with a push. Hawks by 4.

I like the lakers here. I really dont think they go 2-3 on their roadtrip. As much as i hate the lakers they always play with heart and kobe cant stand to lose unlike most other NBA players and teams. Both teams have a tough schedule ahead but ATL is going on the road to play CLE, meanwhile the lakers are going to play home in 2 days.

atlanta is a tough matchup, cause they have so many wings to throw at kobe. plus the lakers love the advantage at center (no bynum), which shortens their bench. crawford drops 25 in a winning effort

also like Atlanta here. I think they win the game, and laying 1 to 2 points does not concern me.

While the Lakers want to put forth a good effort after their recent poor showings, they are locked into their #1 in the West, #2 in the NBA spot.

Atlanta, OTOH, can pass Boston for the #3 seed in the East. I think they will, and it starts tonight with a win over the Lakers.

Lakers are playing cruise basketball. They could care less if they win or lose, because they basically have the Western Conference already wrap. Atlanta on the otherhand is still trying to establish seeding in the East, and they aren't no slouch at home even if the real Lakers shows up. I like Atlanta easily here.

My comment was more or less to say that the Lakers would win to prove a point that they can beat good teams when they feel like it. I didn't say they would win because they were angry, but it is definitely a variable that should be considered. Also, the lakers being angry is a little bit different than, say... the Nets being angry, wouldn't you agree?

Furthermore, I just posted that link to make you look stupid and to prove the point that I wasn't pulling sh*t out of my ass, as you suggested in your first response.
